Hotel Boursier 2 & Spa - Istanbul

The hotel location is great, with a small grocery store just across the street and close to everything. the rooms are clean with quality furniture and super comfortable beds. the staff is polite and attentive, offering quick service and helpful information about the surroundings.

Some hotel staff, especially the night shift, were not so helpful in providing the best transportation options.

We had a great stay here - the hotel facilities were fantastic and the location was very convenient. The room was spotlessly clean with modern furniture, and the bed was comfortable. Plus, the staff were great to all our needs. We were particularly impressed with the hotel's parking system - it was quick and easy to retrieve our car whenever we needed it. we found the transportation options around this city to be plentiful and convenient, including a bus stop just across the street.

the staff was friendly, but their English was not the best. I enjoyed the spacious standard double room with a balcony and the fact that it was soundproof made for a good night's sleep.

The breakfast was an absolute disappointment. Although I mentioned my vegetarian diet, the staff gave me an insufficient amount of veggies and only a small piece of cheese.

One of the best Christmas experiences I have ever had was at this hotel. The staff members were very outgoing and welcoming, providing me with immediate help whenever needed. The good breakfast buffet was delicious and provided a good range of food. The location was, without question, the shining star of the experience, offering a stunning view of the city from my room. One more benefit was the high-quality spa that was available to me, providing me with relaxation and rejuvenation during my stay.

There were a couple of downsides to my otherwise exceptional experience. The towels in the bathroom could have been improved, as they were worn out.
